Welcome to DBS Cargo Movers. By booking or using our car transportation services, you agree
to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before
confirming your booking.
Services
DBS Cargo Movers provides professional car transportation services including door-to-door
vehicle pickup, intercity car shifting, open and covered carrier transport, and insured
vehicle movement across India. Service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment

Booking:
All car transport bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or
official quotation approval. Verbal commitments are not considered binding.

Payment:
Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation. Advance or full payment must be
completed as agreed before vehicle dispatch. We accept online transfers, UPI,
bank transfers, and cash.

Cancellation:
Cancellations should be informed at least 48 hours prior to pickup. Late
cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
Client Responsibilities

Accurate Vehicle Details:
Clients must provide correct vehicle information including car model, registration
number, pickup/drop address, and condition of the vehicle.

Vehicle Preparation:
The car should be clean, free from personal belongings, and have minimal fuel
before pickup. Any pre-existing damages should be disclosed in advance.

Accessibility:
Clients must ensure proper access for car carrier vehicles at pickup and delivery
locations.
Liability

Damage or Delay:
DBS Cargo Movers takes all necessary precautions for safe vehicle transport.
However, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances
such as traffic restrictions, weather conditions, accidents, or natural calamities.

Insurance:
Transit insurance is available for car transportation at an additional cost.
Claims, if any, will be settled as per insurance provider terms.
Complaints and Disputes

Complaints:
Any damage or service-related complaint must be reported within 24 hours of vehicle
delivery with supporting photos or documents.

Disputes:
In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual
discussion or mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
Privacy
Your personal and vehicle-related information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By
using our car transportation services, you consent to data usage outlined therein.
Changes to Terms
DBS Cargo Movers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any
time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon,
Haryana.
